Custom Project Management System

We are Kalptaru Infotech Ltd (IT Godz) have developed a custom project management system that enables you to manage your projects and the day to day tasks of your programmers with absolute ease.

Whenever you have a new task simply add it to the project panel and it will automatically be assigned to the programmers. They can then communicate with you for clarifications, submit status reports, log the hours worked etc there.

Team leader to manage your programmers

Each programmer that works here is managed by a team leader. The team leader communicates with you and explains the task to the programmer.

The team leader

1. Plans your tasks,
2. Gives you an estimate of how much efforts is expected to complete it,
3. Once you approve the efforts he assigns it to your programmer
4. He extends his knowledge and experience to make sure that you tasks get done in time and in the best possible manner.
5. If the task requires some skills that is not there in your programmer, he assigns that task to an appropriate programmer and get the work done.
5. He delivers the task to you and gets your feedback for it.

Daily status reports

For all the work that we do, we submit a daily status report at the control panel (mentioned above).

The status reports contain details of what the programmer did today.

This ensures that by the end of the day, each day, you know exactly what was done by the programmers.

Communication by Project management panel, email and IM

Apart from the status reports on the control panel, you can also contact the team leader by email or instant messengers like Yahoo, MSN, Google Talk, Skype etc.

That way you can be in touch with your team in any manner that is convenient for you.

Regular system update and review

Whenever the application that we are developing for you reaches a logical milestone, we upload all the work done at one of our servers or at any server that you provide us so that you can review the work done so far.

These updates can be daily, weekly monthly or anytime you specify.
